As I begin my 28 day Personal Trainer Food experience part of my requirement is to post 'before' pics---I was not looking forward to this! so I put on my yoga pants and smiled for the camera---here it is:
Here is hoping my 'after' pics show some notable results! Right now I weigh 146 lbs. (with these clothes on). My goal is to lose 10 lbs. in 28 days although my 'happy weight' is 128 (the lowest I have been since having my kids) and a weight I feel good in--- which means losing 18 lbs. in all. In case you're wondering I am 5'3 and 46 yrs old. My husband said 'why are you clenching your fists and standing like a power ranger?' --I guess it's because I was very nervous and embarrassed taking these photos!
If anyone else out there has tried PTF please share your experience!
